The suite I booked didn't match the hotel's website and was in dire need of remodeling with issues like black mold in the vents. The parking fee of $28 was an additional unexpected cost. The only positive was it being close to the Gallaria mall.

The hotel offers very nice, comfortable, clean, and quiet rooms, although there was some dust on the desk which was a bit noticeable. The late departure of previous guests may lead to rooms being ready only by 11 pm at the latest.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although a bit dusty and could have been cleaner, were adequately serviced while I attended my function. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff addressing any issues promptly. The location was convenient, close to nice restaurants and shopping spots, with excellent garage access. However, the dining experience was poor and overpriced. Despite that, the hotel's facilities were good, and the value for money overall was decent.
